Placement survey
Tell us where the student actually is.
Parents and students should fill this out together. The questions change with the grade you pick, so nobody is graded on work they have not reached yet. Honest answers get better curriculum — nothing here is a test.
Already earned high school credit?
Upload a photo of the old transcript or report card and we'll read the finished courses off of it. A subject is only skipped once the credits on file meet the full requirement for it (English 4, Math 3, Science 3, Social Studies 3 — about 22 credits total), so a single Algebra I credit still leaves the rest of math on the plan. Everything you list carries onto the Quick Academy transcript. We record what you provide; we do not verify or accredit outside credit.
